Can I submit digital photos?
Yes, digital photos are the preferred format.

Can I submit prints?
Yes, you can mail me photos, however, please do not send originals.

What are my choices for picture colors?
 You have a choice of 4/C, B/W or Sepia. However, if your photo originated as a B/W photo, then you can only do B/W or Sepia.

Can I add or take away frames on a bracelet?
 Yes, you can have anywhere from two to six photos and there is no additional charge. Please note, the beading pattern may be adjusted, depending on the change.

Is the jewelry waterproof?
Starting in October 2007, the photos will be printed on waterproof photo paper. However, in order to best maintain your jewelry, please try and limit how much the photos gets wet.

What happens if I need new photos?
If you need a set of replacement photos, the cost is $5 for the first photo, $1 each additional photo. If you would like to submit new photos, the cost is $8 for the first photo and $2 for each additional photo.

How long does it take to get my order?
 Please allow two weeks from the time your order was placed and the images were received.

How much do you charge for shipping?
 For average size orders, there is flat fee of $4.95. If you’re ordering a large quantity, please contact me for a quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash or checks. Once you place your order, I will send you my mailing address.

What is your return policy?
My number one goal is making sure my customers are happy. But, if for some reason you are not pleased with your order, I would be happy to make requested adjustments. There is a small surcharge of $8 (this does not apply if there was an error on my part), plus additional shipping. Due to the nature of the custom piece and the work that goes into creating your jewelry, a full refund option will only be honored if there was an error on my part. It must be requested within five days of receiving your order.
